Alexandria, VA - Nextpoint supported Verizon Communications and the law firms of Kellogg, Huber, Hansen, Todd Evans & Figel, and Winston & Strawn in a recent, complex patent litigation. Verizon sued Cox Cable for infringing on Verizon’s Voice Over IP Technology patents.
Verizon leveraged Nextpoint’s service from e-Discovery through trial, including electronic evidence management, demonstrative creation and courtroom technology. Lead counsel for Kellogg Huber counsel for Verizon said, “We’ve come to expect a high level of performance and consistency from Nextpoint, and this case was no different.”
